![]() Intro Package License AgreementIn purchasing the full intro package you are purchasing a "limited ownership" license from us and that sounds a lot worse than it actually is so don't be put off by it. You would basically be free to do whatever you want to with the intros, including resell them - either individually or in bulk, (provided the same license agreement is imposed upon whoever you sell them to). You can use them on clients websites, your own websites, anybody's website. You can claim them as original work if you like. You can NOT redistribute them as "free flash intros". If you intend to offer them from a website or any other medium publicized as "free flash intros" or any other wording that would suggest the same, let me know because we have a separate arrangement for that. It's pricey. No one's bought it yet. I've been told this part is a little confusing even though I've tried to make it as simple as possible. If, for example you are a web designer/developer/etc..., you're free to offer the intros as an incentive to sign clients. You can advertise, "Purchase our GOLDSTAR design package now and receive a free flash intro page!" Or something similar where the intro is included as a peripheral, although offered free of charge. There are a number of them which are of high enough quality to use in this fashion. You can not simply offer free flash intros though. You can sell them or offer them in any sort of deal or transaction with a monetary value, but you can NOT give them away free on their own. Other than that there are no restrictions and these are in place only to protect us in what search engine relevance we've attained, which is considerable. I don't want to sell you these intros and then have you turn around and knock us off our keywords because of it. The circus does not sell the lions, at least not to another circus they don't. As long as you don't impact our search engine standings, I honestly don't care what you do with them. "Limited" is limited only in that respect and your purchase would automatically signify agreement to these terms. In most cases it's the other way around. You can give something away but you can't profit from it. Our arrangement is exactly opposite. If you can sell them, outstanding. Just don't stick them on a website and start giving them away free in and of themselves. We're very, VERY serious about this. If you have any questions concerning this agreement, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to answer them. This is a new window in your browser... click here to close it. |
